Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following locations:

• United Arab Emirates: All Emirates
• GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): 2–3 business days
• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar): 3–5 business days via Aramex

Shipping Costs

• United Arab Emirates:
  • Free standard shipping on orders over AED 149
  • Standard shipping for orders under AED 149: AED 20
  • Same-day express shipping available for Abu Dhabi
• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar):
  • AED 79 shipping on all orders via Aramex

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at aramex.com.

Customs & Import Duties

• UAE: No additional customs fees or import duties apply.
• GCC Countries: Recipients are responsible for any applicable local customs duties or taxes. Aramex will contact the recipient directly if any charges apply upon delivery.
