Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the UAE (all Emirates) and GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar. We do not ship outside the GCC region.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. All our products are sourced directly from authorized distributors and are 100% genuine. We have a strict no-grey-market policy.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Return shipping is free — contact support@minalcosmetics.ae to arrange your return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 149 within the UAE. Orders below AED 149 have a flat shipping fee of AED 20. GCC orders ship at a flat rate of AED 79 via Aramex.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at aramex.com.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 5% VAT as per UAE regulations (VAT Registration Number: 100600648800003).

Is it safe to shop on your website?
