Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and include all original tags and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools
- Products with broken seals
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
Return Shipping Return shipping is free of charge. Contact us to arrange your return and we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refund Process Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
