Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Minal Cosmetics Trading via www.minalcosmetics.ae
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and include all original tags and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools
- Products with broken seals
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
Return Shipping Return shipping is free of charge. Contact us support@minalcosmetics.ae to arrange your return and we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refund Process Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are refundable if product is damaged or wrong delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
