At Minal Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance products
  • Items without original packaging or with broken seals
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at minalcosmeticstrading@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
